Delivery/Pickup & Mileage

• Standard Delivery: Free delivery and pickup are available for rental orders located within 10 miles of our service area, with a $100 minimum rental
• Rates: Include both delivery and pickup to provide one simple, transparent delivery fee.
• Beyond 10 miles: Are outside of our free delivery zone and are subject to our delivery and pickup fee based on total distance
• Over 40 miles: Locations beyond our 40-mile service area may be considered by custom quote, based on distance, travel time, equipment, and service requirements.

• Additional labor: Due to stairs, extended carrying distances, difficult access, or venue restrictions may require an additional service fee

Minimum Order Requirement

• Standard service area: (up to 25 miles) $100
• Extended service area: (26-40 miles) $200
• Outside our standard service area: (over 40 miles, if approved) $300

Most deliveries within our standard service area require a $100 minimum rental. Deliveries outside this area may require a higher minimum based on the distance to your event location.

Reservation Deposit

• Non-refundable: 30% of the total rental amount is required. (This deposit is applied toward your total rental balance)
• Refund: This Deposit cannot be refunded once paid.

Extended Time / Extra Hours (Photobooth rental only)

• Attendant Fee: $50hr. up to 3hrs each additional $45hr
• Extra photobooth time: $25hr.

Extended Rental Period (Applies to all rental equipment)

• Additional Day(s): Charged according to the item's published multi-day rental rate. (pricing varies)
• Availability: Must be requested before your scheduled pickup time.
• Approval Required: Extensions are subject to equipment availability and cannot be guaranteed.

If an item doesn't have a listed multi-day rate, we'll calculate one for it.

Damage & Replacement

All Rentals

• Minor damage: $10–$50 All rentals
• Missing items: Per item ($5–$20)
• Major damage or loss: Full repair or replacement cost, whichever is greater

DVD's

• Minor scratches (does not affect playback): No charge
• Scratched/damaged disc (affects playback or is unplayable): $5-$20 per disc (replacement cost)
• Lost or missing disc: $5-$20 per disc

• DVD Player damage: (repairable) Cost of repair or full replacement cost if unrepairable, lost, or stolen

The Company will determine the current retail replacement cost of any lost, stolen, or unrepairable item — including DVD titles and the DVD player — based on the prevailing market price at the time of loss or damage and will provide the Client with this cost prior to charging.

Damage Waiver (Non-insurance coverage)

• Charged at: Ten percent (10%) of the total replacement value of the rented equipment.
• Applies to: All items rented under a single order
• Covers: Minor, non-negligent, and repairable damage

• Light cleaning: FREE
• Excessive mess: $25–$75

• Remaining Balance: Payment is due no later than 3 days before your event. A late fee of $50 will apply to any balance not paid by this deadline.
• Cancellation: If payment is not received within 48hrs of the event, the reservation may be cancelled, and the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Balances are due 3 days before your event — a $50 late fee applies to payments received after this deadline

Late Pickup / Delay

• Late Pickup $60–$75 - Applies when equipment cannot be picked up at the scheduled time due to customer requests, event extensions, venue restrictions, or equipment not being ready for pickup.
• Delay $25hr - Applies when delivery, setup, or teardown is delayed due to customer-related wait times, restricted access, venue requirements, or the event space not being ready.

After-Hours Service: (after 6pm) Starting at $50
Applies to deliveries, setups, teardowns, or pickups requested outside of our standard business hours.

Setup/Teardown

• Simple items: (small decor, signs etc.) FREE
• Standard rentals: Starting at $15
• Tables & chairs: Starting at $25
• Complex items: (Lighting, larger Tents/Canopies, Balloon Installations, A/V Equipment, Photobooths and other large setups): $25-$150+

Final setup/teardown pricing are based on the quantity of items, event layout, accessibility, and the time required to complete the setup. Custom quotes are available for large or specialty events.

We include setup and teardown at no extra cost for most rental items, making your event planning as stress-free as possible.

For rentals that require specialized installation, additional labor, or extended setup time—such as tents, event lighting, party/wedding layouts, Decorations, audiovisual equipment, photo booths, and other large installations—a setup fee may apply.

Specialized Installation Fee: Starting at $50 and based on the size and complexity of the project.

Equipment Relocation (After setup has been completed)

• Starting at: $35 (Tables/chairs and all other rentals)
• Complex items: Starting at $50

Non-Rental Item Moving Authorization

• Minor moving (a few small items): $25
• Extensive moving (large furniture, multiple rooms, heavy items): $50-$75

Weather Policy

• Reschedule due to weather: No additional charge. All payments will transfer to the rescheduled event date.
• Full Cancellation: The reservation deposit will be issued as a raincheck for future use. To view our cancellation policy, click here

Certificate of Insurance (COI)

• Provides proof of Insurance coverage
• Processing fee: $25

Pricing on this page is subject to change without notice and may be updated periodically to reflect current costs and availability. Prices listed here are for general reference only and do not constitute a binding quote. The Client is responsible for reviewing current pricing before booking. Once a rental agreement is signed and/or a deposit is paid, the pricing stated in that signed agreement will remain fixed for the duration of the booking and will not be affected by future pricing updates.
